Is uniform and exaggerated ways, the ground floor consists of large concrete walls perpendicular to the hub level, here in PB is located the parking, cellar, study and bedrooms.
The design of houses in this court is a conceptual design that attempts to escape from reality.
Following the narrated tour of this house we can see that the top floor is a large rectangular block, with a special character in its floor and ceiling, both cantilevers have a total length of 11 meters after the last point of support against the wall.
The top floor is all a single conceptual space containing the kitchen, dining and lounge, all in the same space without any boundary.
This home minimalist design has been created the reverse of normal, leaving room below and above the kitchen, dining
interior contains mostly marble finishes great quality and very high prices. Its lining is largely based on large glass sliding windows.
As we can see inside and outside is a house designed with the intention of drawing attention to those who pass in front.
Just put a counter to this house as expensive construction, environmental section has no relevance to the investment in this project and in my point of view should have been much more elaborate.
